After earning a Ph.D. in Physics and working as a nuclear scientist, I spent years studying complex systems and searching for the root cause behind every phenomenon. But my most important discovery came much closer to home.
For years, I lived with pain myself. It limited how I moved, how I felt, and how I experienced life. Like many people, I believed pain meant something was broken and that I simply had to live with it. My own healing journey taught me otherwise.
Seeking relief, I turned to yoga—a practice I quickly fell in love with. What began as a way to feel better gradually evolved into a lifelong passion and purpose. Over the past 16 years, my journey as a yoga practitioner—and now as a teacher—has transformed not only my body but also my understanding of pain. Along the way, I discovered that true healing comes from restoring harmony between the mind, body, and soul.
I came to see that pain is not always an enemy to fight; often, it is the body's intelligent way of communicating. Learning to listen to that language changed my own life and now shapes the way I help others move beyond pain, rebuild trust in their bodies, and rediscover the freedom to move with confidence and ease. Through therapeutic yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness, I discovered that healing begins when we learn to listen rather than fight.
Today, I bring together the analytical mindset of a scientist with the timeless wisdom of yoga to help people move beyond pain, rebuild trust in their bodies, and rediscover the freedom to move with strength, confidence, and ease.
